Key Time Realty has been serving the area's real estate needs since 1993.  The broker, Ann Rhoads, has been selling real estate since 1986 in the Colorado River Valley.  Ann originally chose to get in the real estate business because she had watched TV's Rockford Files and it portrayed it to be so glamorous, they drove new cars, had an unlimited expense account and had regular 3 hour martini lunches.  She since has found that she is lucky to get a 20-minute lunch at her desk, never had a martini and new car she had to buy herself.

On a more serious note, Ann got in the real estate business to help people acquire the American Dream of owning a home.  She enjoys locating a property that matches her clients wants and needs.  She loves a challenge and this is definitely a challenging field.  She started her career with Century 21 where she learned the business.  7 years later she decided it was time to venture out on her own and started Key Time Realty.

Sarah Juarez runs the Rental Department smoothly with the help of Debbie & Susan. She has simplified the process of leasing homes for both the homeowners and the tenants.  Besides renting properties, Sarah also enjoys finding GOOD deals for her clients to BUY. 

Debbie Carlock joined our Property Management last year which has help us to grow even bigger. This department handles approximately 225 landlords and over 300 units/tenants effectively and efficiently.

Susan King Office manager and Betty the Bookeeper keeps the daily routine running like a well oiled machine. 

Randal King a Foreclosure specialist and our in-house Construction Contractor for KTR CONSTRUCTION. He is involved in our community and loves putting the full package together for his clients so they can get the BEST deal for their investment.

Christie Sommers our Kingman Agent can find you Foreclosures & Resales. She will work hard getting you the best for less.

Kim Acuna joined us in 2008. She will run her heart out to find you that perfect property for your budget.

Javier Vasquez our Bi-lingual sales agent and TAX Man. He can advise you on the Tax Benefits of owning your American Dream.

Sharon Procter transfer to Key Time Realty when she learned how much FUN we are having in our new building on Hancock Rd.

Ginger Gausman's working career has been versatile. She has worked in the insurance industry, toy manufacturing, mining, engineering, banking and environment hazardous waste and not to forget the World Wide Web!
