KEY TIME REALTY has been serving the area’s Real Estate needs since 1993.
Broker RANDAL KING is a Foreclosure and Sales Specialist for the Tri State Area (Bullhead, Fort Mohave, Mohave Valley, Golden Shores, Lake Havasu, Kingman and Golden Valley). Randy is also our In House Construction Contractor for his company KTR Construction. He has built custom and rental homes since the year 2000. He is involved in our community and loves putting together the full package for his clients so they can get the BEST DEAL for their investment.
Susan King: Office manager and Bookkeeper keeps the daily routine running like a well oiled machine.
Cheryl Williams: I have extensive background in Real Estate and Property Management in the Bullhead City area. Over 10 years of experience in Real Estate, currently holding an Associate Brokers License with the GRI Designation. I Love working with clients to help them find the right home for their family whether it be a home for rent or a home to purchase.
Amber Longacre: I’ve called Bullhead City home since 1996, and it’s where I had the joy of raising my children. Real estate has always been a dream of mine, and in 2020 I made that dream a reality.
